Steve’s an expert-level professionally trained negotiator

Before real estate (as an HR General Manager) he negotiated high profile collective contracts, pay rates and led the conflict-ridden people aspects of major organisational change. Steve has a degree in Economics and HR. He’s an analytical extrovert who loves numbers and people and can strangely understand them both.

Leonie Snook-Welsby

Leonie’s a specialist in property preparation and marketing

‘She helps you to get your property ready and find the very right buyers’

Leonie’s passion with property started ‘hands on’ with property renovations and investment. Her countless hours learning about setting up spaces, aesthetic and service is invaluable. Before real estate Leonie was a Programme Manager with Trade Enterprise NZ and prior to this led customer service in a health insurance company. Leonie has a Masters Degree in Psychology (First Class Honours) and a Business Diploma in Marketing. A former frontwoman in a rock band she understands the audience, emotions and creating the experience. She also loves all things dogs!
