Who We Are

We’re Leonie and Steve — full-time real estate professionals with over 16 years of experience and more than 500 homes sold across Wellington.​

We’ve worked through boom markets, downturns, buyer hesitation, rate hikes and panic bidding. Through it all, we’ve stayed focused on one thing: doing the work, doing it well, and doing it ourselves.

You won’t find us handing things off or disappearing once the listing goes live. We're involved from start to finish.

We work primarily across Wellington’s northern and western suburbs — Karori, Khandallah, Wilton, Ngaio, Churton Park, Newlands and Johnsonville — but we’ve sold homes right across the city.
