We're Leonie and Steve — a husband and wife team with 17 years selling Wellington homes. We've worked through boom markets, downturns, rate hikes and everything in between. Where We Work
For over 17 years we've specialised in Wellington's northern and western suburbs. In the north: Churton Park, Newlands, Johnsonville, Paparangi, Grenada Village and Woodridge. In the west: Karori, Khandallah, Ngaio, Wilton, Broadmeadows, Crofton Downs and Wadestown. These are the communities we know inside out, the streets we've sold on repeatedly, and the neighbourhoods our clients trust us to understand. We've also sold right across Wellington — from CBD apartments to family homes across the wider region.
What We Do Differently

Steve brings a background in union negotiation and workplace conflict resolution to every deal. When things get tense — and sometimes they do — he knows exactly how to read a room and get the right result.
Leonie leads the marketing, photography direction, and home preparation strategy. She knows what buyers notice, what puts them off, and what makes them act. Every campaign is built from scratch around your property — not copied from a template.

Meet Steve
Steve has a Commerce degree and a background in HR, negotiation, and organisational risk.
Before real estate, he managed workplace change, union negotiations, and high-pressure conflict resolution.
Now, he brings that skill to every sale — handling disclosures, managing buyer queries, and negotiating deals with clarity and calm. When the pressure’s on, he’s the guy you want in your corner.
Fun fact: Steve is a black belt and former karate instructor. Make of that what you will in a negotiation...
Meet Leonie
Leonie holds a Master’s in Behavioural Psychology (First-Class Honours) and a Diploma in Business and Marketing.
Before real estate, she worked as a programme manager at NZ Trade & Enterprise, supporting national trade development initiatives.
She now leads our marketing, photography direction, buyer strategy, and campaign planning. She also writes every word of our property marketing, and has a sharp eye for what buyers notice — and what makes them act.
Fun fact: Leonie used to be the lead singer in a Wellington covers rock band.
